Electrolux Always Improve Program Internship
We are looking for a motivated EAI Program Intern to join the EAI Program central team, supporting activities related to the EAI Program harmonization workstreams and governance roll-out.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to Group-level processes, project management and group-wide continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities / What the Intern Will Work With
As part of the EAI Program Central team, the intern will be involved in:
- Program coordination: support governance, Board/LT preparation, and follow-up of key actions
- Workstream management: coordinate key EAI streams (communications, academy, governance deployment)
- Communications & engagement: support global communication cadence and CI community coordination
- Tracking tool support: assist rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of the EAI tracking tool
- Capability building & governance: support certification, training, and deployment of the EAI framework
This role provides strong insight into how the project management of a complex, group-level change program is rolled-out.
Requirements / Who We Are Looking For
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong interest in project management and reporting
- Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset
- Interest in understanding end-to-end processes at Group level
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

This is a full-time position, based in our Global Headquarters in Stockholm (Sweden).
