Supply Chain Assistant to Afound i Borås

We strongly believe that you are our fourth member of the supply chain team at Afound and that you want to develop yourself within an everchanging and agile company.

The Supply Chain team today consist of a local representative at our 3PL in Borås and 2 persons located at the HQ in Solna. In this role you will be reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Manager.

In this role, your responsibilities will among others be to:

• Support the supply chain department in future expansion
• Execute administrative tasks related to inbound, warehousing and outbound
• Monitor and act on system errors - be the master cleaner
• Follow up on deliveries to stores
• Assists customer care with supply chain specific topics related to our e-com channel
• Support e-com channel with data during campaigns
• Back the entire business in keeping a rigid customer offer

To be successful in this role you:

• Find motivation in problems and solving them
• Have previous experience and keen interest in retail supply chain
• Enjoy working in a system environment and frequently come up with suggestions on improvements to make IT and set processes more solid
• Are a people person who can adjust communication dependent of channel and purpose
• Are interested in fashion and industry trends, both digital and physical retail
