We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Process Specialist to the Tax Reporting & Accounting team in Group Function Information & Reporting. The offer
You’ll join the Business Development team in Group Function Information & Reporting (GFIR), where we develop and maintain common information and reporting through unified processes, organisation and platform. When joining GFIR, you enter a rapidly growing area, performing both regulatory and business reporting on behalf of various stakeholders within and outside Nordea.
What you’ll be doing:
As Business Information & Process Specialist in the tax reporting and accounting area, you will:
Advise and drive analysis of business and statutory requirements and translate them into functional design to improve/develop services
Coordinate drive/test/implement system changes, simplification, harmonisation, unified architecture and change management to ensure successful implementations and one version of the truth short/long term
Manage relationships with stakeholders, such as Group Finance and the IT organisation
Be active in Nordea networks and keep up-to-date within own field or business regarding day-to-day operations and development to ensure high performance
Proactively identify and suggest continuous improvement possibilities in the processes to increase value creation
The preferred location for this position is Stockholm. If located in Helsinki or Copenhagen, weekly travelling is expected. Welcome to a team to work in a positive and developing environment that provides room for professional growth.

Your profile and background:
You have strong analytical skills with high motivation, result orientation, and a drive to deliver with high quality on time
You have more than five years of accounting experience, an advantage is knowledge of the FI/CO concepts in SAP or Navision
Academic degree in economics or finance, business administration or engineering
Project experience and good understanding of how to drive change
