Nordea Corporate & Investment Banking is the leading financial advisor in the Nordic region. We offer advice to our clients in relation to public and private mergers & acquisitions (M&A) as well as initial public offerings and other equity-related transactions (ECM). Our solid deal experience and track-record coupled with the unmatched financial strength of the bank allows us to offer our clients a unique full-service proposition encompassing both advise and financing. Our pan-Nordic setup currently consists of approximately 100 employees across our offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Oslo.
Your future responsibilities
As an Analyst, you will get the opportunity to work in teams with engaged colleagues and experience different types of corporate finance related tasks. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the team and get the opportunity to work with some of the largest and most complex deals in the Nordic region.
What you will be doing:
- Production of pitch books and various types of marketing materials
- Company valuation and modelling
- Financial and commercial analysis
- Interaction with other Nordea teams and external stakeholders

Previous experience from Corporate Finance, Management Consulting, Private Equity or similar positions is qualifying. Applicants should have a degree in finance and/or accounting and be available to start at latest autumn 2019.
