Internship Design - HQ Stockholm, Sweden

This is an internship for an active student of related Bachelor or Master programs at Swedish and European universities.

About the role:

As a Design Intern, you will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a professional environment while developing the technical, creative, and collaborative skills required within our design organization.

In this role, you will support the design team in the execution of physical product design projects, contributing to specific workstreams and design details while learning established processes, tools, and standards. The experience is designed to provide broad exposure to the Physical Design function, helping you identify your strengths, accelerate your development, and build a strong foundation for your future career.

What you'll learn

• Design execution fundamentals - supporting the development of products from concept to implementation while following design guidelines and processes.
• Physical product design principles - understanding how aesthetics, functionality, user needs, sustainability, and manufacturability come together in product development.
• Design tools and methodologies - gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools, visualization techniques, and design workflows.
• Cross-functional collaboration - working with designers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Attention to detail - contributing to design refinements, documentation, prototypes, presentations, and other deliverables.
• Professional communication and project skills - presenting ideas, receiving feedback, managing tasks, and collaborating in a global environment.

You will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities while receiving guidance and support from experienced designers. As you build your competence and confidence, you will gradually take on greater ownership and prepare for the transition toward more independent design work.

At this stage of your career, the focus is on learning, developing professional capabilities, and gaining valuable experience in a corporate design environment.

Where you'll be:

You will be based in Stockholm, our modern global Headquarter, with 1200+ colleagues on site. We work in a hybrid setup that gives everyone up to 20% flexibility to work remotely, while boosting creativity and collaboration through regular office presence. The work contract is full-time and limited to 6 months, with monthly compensation of 21,000 SEK for Bachelor students and 22,000 SEK for Master students.
