We're searching for a structured person with a strong process mindset combined with passion for logistics and people development. The role involves being the leader of an operational warehouse shift comprised of multiple teams and processes.

What does the role involve?
- Have a direct impact to Hilti business and customers through excellent execution of daily tasks to achieve set targets.
- Work together with the rest of the Warehouse Management team to ensure daily planning and workload execution supports the targets.
- Responsible for continues improvement of the warehouse efficiency.
- Be a role model and positively influence and motivate the warehouse team at all times.
- Responsible for individual and team development.

What you need is:
- Ability to structure work and take own initiatives
- Minimum bachelor´s degree within relevant fields
- Strong learning agility regarding ERP-systems
- Fluent in Swedish with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to handle pressure to meet delivery deadlines
- Experience within logistics is meritorious
- Previous leadership experience is meritorious
