Process Implementation Specialist – Vattenfall Wind Power

We are now looking for a Process Implementation Specialist
Tasks to be performed:
• Train and support users in the execution of the harmonised maintenance process
• Develop implementation documentation and training material
• Implement new process changes/improvements in the O&M organisation
• Analyse process delivery and timeliness together with site personal and identify actions to improve
• Proactively follow up with site personnel to get feedback and resolve any problems
• Support process development and escalate issues in the process and documentation
• Participate in the process community, design workshops and user acceptance test
Essential requirements:
• Higher education or experience in an Engineering or Scientific Discipline
• Experience supporting engineering maintenance or experience carrying out maintenance within an engineering discipline
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to engages stakeholders to obtain support and buy in for changes
• Process modelling and design fundamentals
• MS Office (high-level)
• Fluent English
• Ability to travel across countries in northern Europe
Beneficial
• Wind industry knowledge
• Experienced user of SAP PM
• Lean or Six-Sigma knowledge
Location for this position is Stockholm or Malmö
