We are looking for awesome agile coach to work with the Personal Banking business.
As a Senior Agile Coach, you will join a team of motivated and experienced agile coaches to facilitate the agile transformation in Personal Banking (PeB). People with passion for agility and delivering value to our customers is what fuels us.
Bring your talent and engagement to an exciting role where you will join Agile Practice & Transformation team orchestrating the transformation across PeB and help its 11 million customers to improve their lives and reach their goals.
Some of the things you will do:
- Coach teams/project in lean-agile ways of working and culture
- Work closely with and coach our senior leaders
- Train/coach the Product Owner in managing the product backlog
- Identify impediments and facilitate collaboration to smash them
- Design, train or facilitate events to increase our agile maturity
- Work with product management teams

For you to thrive in this role, you:
- live and breathe lean-agile principles
- have 8+ years of experience working with agile transformation, including solid experience working with teams of teams
- have all-around experience based on Lyssa Adkins 'Agile Coaching Competency Framework'
- are great at building solid relationships with your stakeholders
- are skilled in giving and receiving feedback
- are a strong and clear communicator, trainer and facilitator
- have professional coaching, business coaching or life coaching experience
- have experience working with software delivery teams as a Scrum Master
