The position
The Jr CX Dialogue Manager is responsible for executing activities that will drive usage and reduce churn. Digital only, of course. You will work with calendar driven communication on a day to day basis. As part of the Customer Experience team you will be creating moments that matter for our customers to make sure they want to stay as long as possible with us.
The challenge ahead
Based on our customer communication strategy you will initiate, build, execute and follow up on different activities. You will spend a lot of time in our advanced customer interaction software, Portrait Dialogue, defining target groups and setting all the business rules for the communication from start to finish. What we are looking for
We think you are a self-motivated, problem-solving and numbers-oriented person who loves creating the different pieces in a customer communication activity. We expect you to be structured and efficient and you believe that the devil is in the details. We also think that you have excellent analytical skills and that you are comfortable with using different tools and curious in finding new ways to use them.
