Tele2 IoT is now looking for a great leader with strong Project management skills.  

The Project Office is responsible for delivering brilliant projects and efficient project governance in order to help Tele2 IoT AB to reach our strategy. As a leader you will secure a good working environment for the project managers and continuously improve the project governance. You will also work hands-on with and run your own projects. 

You will:  

• Lead the team of project managers and driving projects to be launched in one or several countries  

• Secure up-to-date, tailored and lean project governance focusing on results over formality 

• Drive different forums with people from across the organization 

• Contribute to or drive different improvement activities 

• Project manage projects of technical, commercial, or strategic nature. 

You have the ability to make things happen, you understand the big picture, and you can dig into details when needed. You find solutions and see the possibilities - and most importantly you inspire the people around you to follow your high standards.  

We believe you have:  

• Proven leadership skills and a great track record of motivating people to success 

• Deep understanding of the basis for different project models 

• Experience from leading both technical and commercial projects 

• Relevant education 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Swedish and English 

• A positive and pragmatic attitude free from prestige, with ability to see possibilities in daily challenges.
