Investment Intern, Stockholm (Spring or Autumn 2027)

Om tjänsten

Become an investment professional: Real Estate Equity and Real Estate Credit Investment Intern program 2027.

Real Estate Equity and Real Estate Credit seeks ambitious students for 4 - 6-month internships at our Stockholm Office. You will get the chance to boost your analytical skillset and gain exposure to private equity investments while making a positive impact on the planet, investing with sustainability top of mind.

Your role

The internship consists of working in one of the teams within our investment organization - either within Real Estate Equity or Real Estate Credit.

Being a part of Real Estate Equity, you will be supporting our investment professionals in sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, executing transactions, managing the existing portfolio, and developing our business.

Within Real Estate Credit, our team provides financing solutions for high-quality real estate projects across Northern Europe. We work across asset classes and risk stages, using our local market knowledge and expertise in real estate, development, asset management and sustainability to structure tailored financing solutions.

During the internship, you will be a full-time member of our organization and participate in different phases of the investment lifecycle, supported by senior colleagues.

The internship will enhance your analysis, problem-solving, presentation, and collaboration skills, as well as give you an overview of the investment process as part of a highly skilled, non-hierarchical team. This makes the internship valuable to anyone considering a career in sectors such as private equity, investment management, investment banking, management consulting, real estate, or related fields.

You will have the opportunity to work in a growing, international company that is challenging the traditional players and investing at scale to create real impact.

You are a student or a recent graduate, having completed 2 to 5 years of university-level studies, with a focus on finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, industrial engineering, law, or other relevant subject.

Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English, and experience with Excel and PowerPoint, are further requirements. Prior experience in private equity, management consulting, investment banking, or other relevant industry that has developed your analytical skills, is appreciated but not mandatory.

Application and timeline
  • Please submit your application including a single-page cover letter, CV and university transcript of records using our recruitment system by September 20, 2026.
  • The first round of interviews consists of a 90-minute case interview with two investment professionals.
  • The second round of interviews consists of a 45-minute case interview with a senior investment professional. Candidates will complete a logical reasoning online assessment as a pre-assignment.
