We offer a challenging role where you can make a difference in our business. Your main task will be to lead and develop our multi-national Account Management team focusing on maintaining and developing our existing business.

Your future challenge

We are looking for a cooperative and energetic person who wants to take on the role as Head of Account Management under the current manager's parental leave during appx. 8 months. Your main task is to lead and develop the Account Management team and maintain the high customer satisfaction with services provided. The role focuses on our existing customers and you are actively driving our sales efforts according to the strategic product plan that is set for the future.

Your responsibilities include working on both strategic as well as operational level, developing the business further and leading an international team of sales specialists. As a leader you have a responsibility for a global team of 11 employees, who are located in our sales offices throughout Europe. The role offers great opportunities to take initiatives and make a difference with your ideas. Being a leader who continuously is coaching and developing the employees is crucial to succeed in the role. As a member of the Sales & Marketing management team, you are expected to actively contribute to Holmen Paper's development of sales and marketing efforts as being together with you colleagues responsible for the sales plan.

To succeed in this role

We seek you who

- have solid knowledge and experience of B2B sales. 

- manage sales on strategic as well as operational level. 

- are motivated to develop our customer relationships and business. 

- have international sales experience and extensive leadership background. 

- will contribute with modern leadership and are not afraid to make tough decisions. 

- hold an academic degree within equivalent science or corresponding solid work experience. 

- are communicative, committed and driven in the same time as you have a great interest in making people grow. 

- are, in addition to your mother tongue, fluent in English.
