We're looking for interns to join our Talent Partnerships team in Stockholm.

About the Internship
As a Talent Partnerships Intern, you'll become an integrated part of our team and gain valuable insight into the day-to-day work behind influencer campaigns for both local and international clients.
You'll work closely with project managers, strategists, and creatives while supporting campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
Your responsibilities may include (but not limited to):
• Researching and identifying relevant influencers and content creators
• Assisting with influencer recommendations and presentations
• Supporting communication with influencers, management teams, and partners
• Coordinating campaigns, events, and product seedings
• Monitoring campaign performance and compiling reports
• Conducting social media trend research and market analysis

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
• Is currently studying Communications, Marketing, PR, Media, Business, or a related field
• Has a strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital culture and has good knowledge of the Swedish Influencer landscape
• Is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking initiative
• Has excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (English is required)
Previous experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or social media is beneficial, but not essential.

Internship Duration
We accept applications on an ongoing basis throughout the year.
We are primarily looking for candidates who can complete a minimum 3-month internship, although we strongly prefer those available for 6 months, allowing for a deeper learning experience and greater involvement in client work.

Compensation & Eligibility
This is an unpaid internship and must be undertaken as part of a university, college, or higher education program.
As we are unable to offer financial compensation, preference will be given to candidates who are eligible for CSN or an equivalent student funding scheme that supports them throughout the internship period.
