The Global Expansion department is responsible for all current and future stores in the H&M Group world-wide (4900+ Stores). The Expansion team drives all aspects of creating our H&M stores, i.e. to lease, design, draw, buy, and build each store.
The Store Development & NCGP function is responsible for the product development and purchasing of most non-commercial goods for the H&M store, for example interior, visual and marketing material in store etc. The function manages development of several product portfolios and purchasing for several hundred store projects and marketing and visual campaigns every year.
As a Business Operations Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving projects and initiatives to improve the business efficiency within our product development and purchasing processes.
Main Responsibilities

Optimize our way of working by process or organization

Communicating IT requirements towards internal or external stakeholders

Main planning; assessing our total demand on capacity and material to be communicated towards our suppliers through our sourcing organization
Education & Experience
-
Minimum 5 years professional work experience

Master’s degree or Bachelors in International Business, Economy, Engineering or similar

Project & business change management
