H&M HOME was launched online as a home textile concept in 2009. The assortment has been extended throughout the years and has expanded both online and in stores in many markets. Today H&M HOME is a global Interior brand within the H&M group – one of the biggest fashion and design companies in the world. In 2018 H&M HOME has opened its first concept stores.

 

 

The role:

As our Content Planner, at H&M HOME Marketing Department, your main tasks will be to coordinate, plan, measure and evaluate the success of content initiatives across all channels.

Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience. The core function of the Content Planners job is developing a content strategy based on the company’s business objectives and the customer’s needs.

 

Your responsibility:

• Be responsible for leading the development of the global marketing activity and- production plan.

• Develop a content strategy plan aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.

• Coordinate information from involved departments, frame and package all assignments in a clear way before it is briefed to a project team.

• Create assignment briefs to support campaigns and other projects/initiatives to meet the ongoing needs of the business.

• Collaborate with “channel-owners” to be able to analyze the customer behavior and plan content per channel accordingly.

• Responsible for the overall evaluation of campaigns and projects, working closely with the Project Managers, PR, Global Online Visual merch, Customer Analyst and Social Media Manager.

 

 

Your profile;

• If you are a high-level thinker who also have a penchant for keeping track of details you are an ideal candidate for this job.

• You are a problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Project management experience will help you in this role.

• At least 5 years of relevant marketing work experience.

• Good sense of teamwork, since you will have a lot of touch points within the company.

• Great understanding of different media channels; main focus on digital.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to condense the complex into the simple.

• Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

 

 

As a person, you are creative, driven and result-oriented. A problem-solving attitude and the ability to adapt to new and sometimes undefined conditions are essential. You are structured, flexible and like taking responsibility. You work with the customer in mind at all times.

 

 

Terms: Full time position at our H&M HOME Head office in Stockholm city.
