The role

As the Head of Sales you are responsible to develop and execute strategy to drive profitable store channel growth. You work closely with all other departments such as E-commerce, Expansion, buying and marketing teams to ensure cross channel alignment in customer experience, strategy and branding.


You define and develop the brands physical sales strategy in cohesion with the overall seamless sales strategy and the brand vision. You have the overall responsibility to drive the development of sales growth across all existing as well as new markets. You continuously improve and innovate the whole customer experience to optimize selling.

You

As a key player of our expanding brand, you have a natural capacity to uplift the people around you and inspire them to grow into their unique potential. You have a fundamental understanding of retailing, commerciality and the driving forces that influence our customers’ behavior. You also have a sixth sense when it comes to sales potential.


You have a natural passion for selling and achieving results together with a team, and the know-how to drive sales in an ever-changing environment. We also believe you have a passion and experience working with Omnichannel mindset.


Previous experience from managing large teams (leading leaders) in a retail environment is a given. You have experience from P&L responsibility and you have led cross functional teams in an international environment. You are comfortable in setting and executing strategies for your function while aligning with the common goals of the brand and being an active and inspiring part of the management team.


As a leader, you are analytic and strategic as well as hands on and you always find ways forward through engaging and inspiring your team and stakeholders.
