Fintech Collaboration Lead i Stockholm

As Fintech Collaboration Lead, you are responsible for driving an ambitious agenda, challenging the status quo and pushing the boundaries for what a bank can be. As Fintech Collaboration Lead, you'll be the liaison towards the Fintech and Open Banking community drive strategic collaborations to facilitate value creation opportunities for Swedbank´s customers. In order to get there, you collaborate closely with a broad spectrum of external and internal stakeholders. You contribute with a culture of innovation, proactively seeking ways to enhance the capability and performance efficiency and the continued success of Swedbank´s digital journey.

You will be part of an executive level team, consisting of 10 people, covering the areas of Open Banking strategy and execution, Fintech partnership evaluation and key account and innovation management, spreading the innovation culture across all Swedbank product areas and markets. You'll be networking, marketing, collaborating and being in the epicenter of where fintech and startups are and act as a bridge between the current and the future. The most important part is bringing in the deals and then selling it to the internal stakeholders for onboarding.

1. Innovation and Prototyping – not hard KPI's; rather enablers
2. Open Banking – building infrastructure, quality API's
3. Partnership Team – reaching out and scouting and meeting what comes in
   
   

Responsibilities

• Generate a positive picture of Swedbank as a frontrunner in the fintech collaboration arena
• Handle media relations, build networks and constantly on the look-out for new ideas and potential product partners
• Work to improve services to small corporates
• Continue to create added value and secure data handling in the daily banking services offered to private clients
• Act as the bridge between the new potential partners and the internal stakeholders; providing executive management with business case material
  
  

• Proven hands-on experience of leading digital innovation, preferably as a start-up founder or entrepreneur
• Strong in thought leadership; challenging the status quo with a proven ability to influence
• You are a confident public speaker with a persuasive communication style in speech and writing
• A genuine passion for digital innovation and constantly improving ways of working
• A profound understanding of start-ups, Fintech and entrepreneurial environments
• Experience of working with, or leading a fast paced modern development organization
• Hands-on experience on different API-integrations, sandboxes, SAAS, blockchain, ML, AI, etc. is highly meriting
• Be a business minded fintech person, it's important to have a strong financial understanding and to work with a financial sustainability approach
  
  

• Previous experience from roles such as Head of Digital Development, Business Development or as a digital start-up entrepreneur is meriting
