The RFID team at Business Development is looking for a Project Manager who wants to create and enable future growth for H&M. RFID is the base for our digital future, that will enable us to improve our customer experience and what it means to shop at H&M.

The Business Development department has an H&M Group responsibility, including all brands in our portfolio. The focus is cross functional and stretches over online as well as offline development of our business. The RFID team’s responsibility is to implement RFID technology to H&M. We work closely together with key stakeholders with in the organization as merch, store operations, logistics, production office, buying office, IT and of course all our country organizations! We are a small team of business-oriented colleagues, who puts customer first and are truly passionate about bringing RFID and all its opportunities to H&M.

Your responsibilities

The role as Project Manager for RFID at Business Development comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your main responsibilities are to:

·       Drive prioritized business development projects and initiatives, from pre-study to implementation

·       Manage, follow-up and deliver results according to project goals

·       Work closely with key stakeholders, related functions and projects

·       Perform pre-studies around different use cases, set business case and assist Program manager in setting future road map

·       Drive and support decision making cross sub-projects and H&M functions

·       Lead, inspire and motivate project members and stakeholders to deliver and contribute to the success of the projects


Your skills

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. For this role we also believe you:


·       Have 2-4 years’ experience from project management

·       Have a customer focused and commercial mindset in all planning and decision making

·       Strong problem-solving skills including seeing the big picture, identifying and planning scenarios and routes ahead

·       Are curious, prestige-less and always strive to find the best way forward

·       Enjoy working in a constantly changing environment. 

·       Love teamwork and have an interest in building relationships and managing a network

·       Have leadership skills, both through own responsibilities and by leading others

·       Analytical skills 

·       Strong communicative skills and fluent/skilled in English, both written and spoken

·       Experience form working with merch, sales or with supply chain is positive, but not a must


This is a full-time position located at the head office in central Stockholm, Sweden. Travels could be necessary depending on assigned project.
