Swedish speaking Customer Success Associate – Education for the Soundtrap hub i Stockholm

Soundtrap is a collaborative, cloud-based recording studio. As of November 2017 we are a part of the Spotify family. Our mission is to make music making available for everyone, no matter where in the world you are or what device you are using.

With us, anyone with an interest in audio making can create their sound recordings online, either as an independent creator or in collaboration with friends, band members or classmates.

Soundtrap for Education is our educational version made for schools and teachers, used by many hundreds of schools worldwide and we’re seeking a passionate, empathetic and motivated Support Associate to join our Customer Success team to provide our users with amazing support!

This position is based out of the Soundtrap office in Stockholm and you will be working as a part of the Education team.

Your mission will be to deliver amazing support experiences that drive positive sentiment and loyalty to our users. You’ll anticipate and support the needs of our Customer Success team, responding to questions and escalations and be recommending process improvements as needed. You’ll work both collaboratively and independently to drive innovation and enhance the user experience.

Travelling to some extent is to be expected

What you’ll do
  • Provide first class support and guidance via email to users
  • Proactively identify and communicate emerging user issues and concerns to the Soundtrap Team.
  • Collaborate with your peers to improve the support experience for users
  • Collaborate with your manager to develop skills, take on new responsibilities, and improve the user experience
  • Suggest and implement initiatives to improve quality and key metrics together with the Education product and growth team
  • Work as part of the team to ensure a positive and professional environment
  • Support the educational team in teacher workshops, off and on site demos and occasional conferences

Who you are
  • An empathetic innovator who sees through the eyes of a music/podcast creator
  • A big passion for music and knowledge of music production and the music industry
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and people skills
  • Experience working in a customer-centric environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of working in the technology sector and/or for a music service a plus
  • Inquisitive and always looking to iterate on and improve existing processes
  • Fluent in written Swedish and English are highly mandatory; additional languages such as Spanish is a plus
  • Can collaborate positively with a fast changing environment
  • High personal productivity with demonstrated follow-up
  • Keen multitasker with excellent organizational skills
