Team Leader, Savings & Investment Customer Contact Center i Stockholm

We are looking for a team leader to our newly established Savings & Investment Customer Contact Centre (SICCC). This is an opportunity for you to take on a vital role in developing the future Savings and Investment Service model in Nordea.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll be managing a team of approximately 10 employees located in Stockholm and Oslo, who are responsible for engaging with existing and potential customers to maximise customer satisfaction from our savings & investment value propositions.  
 
What you’ll be doing:
 
  • Use your leadership competencies to motivate and engage a team of savings coaches to help Nordea’s customers become better investors by providing helpful, professional and knowledgeable service  
  • Coach and develop the staff to secure the right team to support our customers in an excellent way, while still being motivated to lean into operational work when needed.  
  • Ensure that the business strategy is implemented and transformed into concrete action plans and objectives for your team.  
  • Co-operate and effectively communicate with team members and other divisions within Wealth Management and Wholesale banking.  
  • Ensure that working procedures and routnines are updated acoording to latest product development, regulation, market practices, etc.  
The role is preferably based in Stockholm, Copenhagen or Oslo.

Your profile and background:
 
  • A Bachelor’s degree within the field, or a similar financial education   
  • A deep understanding and passion for savings and investment  
  • Excellent communication skills, with professional skills in English  
  • You have several years of experience from being a leader and are used to driving change processes and leading people remotel
