About the role
As an HR Business Partner within HR Corporate Staff, you work at both strategic and operational level. This means actively supporting and coaching line managers in all HR related issues – such as; labour law, union negotiations, learning and development, recruitment, performance, remuneration, change management etc. At the same time you will also drive and/or participate in different HR projects.
You will be an important part of the different management teams within your area of responsibility while working with your colleagues in HR to actively develop comprehensive and efficient HR support for all functions supported by us.
The role also offers a great opportunity to work in an environment characterized by cross functional cooperation and change, due to HRs ongoing transformation.
About you
You have a university degree in Human Resources Management or similar and several years of work experience with comparable tasks. The role is autonomous, which means that you should have an interest in and experience from working close to the business in a broad HR role.
You have a strategic perspective and can handle a wide range of activities, ie, you find it easy to plan and prioritize your work.
