Job description
Becoming a student ambassador is an opportunity for you who enjoy meeting new people and want to be part of representing the university, this is the perfect part-time job to combine with your studies. As an ambassador, you represent Luleå University of Technology, this may involve participating in digital fairs, our digital platforms such as Instagram, or our website.

To become a student ambassador, you will attend an introduction, thereafter you will be able to apply for the assignments for student ambassadors. Assignments are sent out by the recruitment team to active student ambassadors. When you apply for an assignment, the recruitment team will do a selection and contact everyone who has applied.

Examples of assignments
Hosting digital fairs, answering questions from prospective students.

Being featured on our website with photos and video.

Creating content for social media.

Having digital meetings with prospective students.

Qualifications
You are currently a student at Luleå University of Technology.

You need to have a Swedish social security number or a Swedish personal number (otherwise we cannot administrate a salary).

You need to attend the introduction to officially be able to work as an ambassador.

You enjoy having contact with people.

Wage
156 SEK/hour

To get payment for assignment you need to have a Swedish social security number or a Swedish personal number.

If you do not have a Swedish or international bank account, we cannot do payments to certain countries, in this case you will get a card which you will be able to shop with at ICA (grocery store in Sweden) or do cash withdrawals from a cash dispenser with the card.

We have limited slots open, and we will have a selection process after the application deadline. If you are selected as a student ambassador we will invite you for an introduction, after you have completed the introduction, you are officially a student ambassador and will be able to apply for the different assignments that we post.
