Assignment
As our Community Manager, you will work closely with our Social Media Manager, driving our social media communities with the purpose to engage and build H&M HOME’s relationship to our audience, strengthen our brand and to grow our channels. At H&M HOME we are a small team and work in an entrepreneurial way, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Create publishing plan on a weekly basis for all channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Youtube
• Coordinate copy and content for all social media channels
• Publish in all social channels
• Be the point of contact for markets running local social media accounts.
• Gather performance data, analyze and share learnings
• Monitor conversations and actively engage with customers and influencers in social media
• Monitor and moderate UGC to build and strengthen our community
• Create content for and edit Insta Stories around store events and campaign activities
• Work closely with Social Media Manager, Marketing Department and Customer Service to ensure key messages for social media
Your profile
You are a digital native with relevant experience from working with social media and building social communities, preferably within retail. You have a drive to always be up to date with the latest social media trends. You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit with drive and good interpersonal skills. We are a small organization and you can work high and low with the objective to grow with us as a brand.
Your skills also include:
• Well documented experience (+1 year) working with social media, working with strategies to grow social media audiences and ultimately drive new sales for the business at an agency or in-house team
• A proven capacity to manage engaging content for key social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube etc.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• A visual eye for content creation
• Ability and experience in working with CMS and social media analytics tools and to help develop marketing strategies based on findings
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Genuine interest in interior decoration
• Highly motivated problem-solver and a self-starter; capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment
This is a temporary position for 11 months with start as soon as possible. Placement at H&M HOME’s head office in Stockholm City.
