Scrum Master EIS Value stream i Stockholm

You will lead and coach one of our Agile teams to continuously learn and improve.
The EIS value stream (Equities, Investment Products and Securities Services) work on continued digitalization of the Equity Savings Offering. In addition, we will work on the implementation of our new cooperation with State Street for financial institutions and we will continue to deliver competitive solutions for regulations such as CSDR, SRD II and SFRT (don't worry – you're not alone not understanding all the abbreviations but we will teach you).
The Scrum master is the servant leader for the team and removes impediments that hinder the team. Your main role will be to help the team members solve problems and achieve continuous improvement, learning and adapting from the experience gained during the development process. You will coach the team to deliver value and ensure adherence to Agile methodology.

You have a genuine interest in people and team-building. You are a team player with a flexible mindset, enabling you to cooperate and coordinate effectively with other parts of LC&I and Swedbank. We believe you have a genuine interest in Agile way of working and like to coach and support the teams working with development and maintenance of the securities market and transaction technology.
