We are building the Swedbank Glossary together with the business! As a manager I encourage and give my employees freedom in their work but also to challenge them to grow. We are a unit within Information Management and are always trying to improve our ways of working. Our team is distributed in Stockholm and Tallinn and we have good cross border collaboration.
