We are now looking for a Requirement analyst to our Work Force Management-solution within service area Controlling at the IT-department. Current solution will be changed and we are looking for a person to be part of the project where we define requirements and define future solution and rollout for 55+ countries
The team consists of both employees, local consultants and offshore
consultants.

Your responsibilities
The job of a requirement analyst at H&M comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
- Collect and document requirements
- Organize and conduct workshops with project countries
- Run and participate in meetings with different stakeholders
- Capture new reports requirements and share with developers
- Help implement the solution in new countries
- Work with vendor on rollout and upcoming release requirements
- Working with Architects for Integrations with other systems
- Address requirement questions to test, support and operation team
- Experience within requirements work
- Excellent communication skills being able to adapt to different IT- and business stakeholders
- Experience from working with a standard solution
- Experience from working with distributed and/or offshore teams
- Strong Analytical skills and have attention to details
- Fluent in English; oral and written
- Be driven in your work and able to work independently
- Knowledge in basic ITIL processes (Incident-, Problem- and Change Management)
- Experience from integration with external payroll systems
- Experience from workforce management software (Employee, Scheduling and T&A areas) is a plus
- Experience in tools like ALM, Service Now, JIRA and Sharepoint is a plus
