We are looking for the Delivery Manager overall responsible for the business development within the e-Com domain. Your will ensure delivery of committed development, manage scope and development capacity, set a domain roadmap enabling our corporate development agenda while handling future proofing, cost and budget for the domain.
The Business Development department has an H&M Group responsibility, including all brands in our portfolio. The focus is cross functional and stretches over online as well as offline development of our business. Together with the team you manage you work with all our business development areas to translate development agendas and business needs into solutions and lead the delivery teams from design through delivery. We work closely together with key stakeholders with in the organization as merch, store operations, logistics, production office, buying office, IT and of course all our country organizations!

Your responsibilities:
• Managing delivery on the platforms, solutions and/or services within the domain to support all our development areas/programs
• Manage, follow-up and deliver an optimal output and pace per cost unit based on our strategic roadmaps
• Hold full responsibility for time plans, budget, objectives and report to steering committees
• Drive and support decision making by providing commercially relevant alternatives for decisions with sound suggestions
• Lead, inspire and motivate teams, colleagues and stakeholders to deliver and contribute to the success of our development initiatives
• Have a customer focused, commercial and future proof mindset in all planning and decision making

• Have a Master’s degree in Business and/or Engineering with high G.P.A.
• Have a minimum of 6-10 years of work experience from project management, business development or similar other leadership positions
• Have strong leadership skills, both managing your own responsibilities and others
• Have extensive delivery management experience and are skillful in managing many stakeholders
• Have strong analytical skills - can find, understand and analyze things that are not obvious or that lie behind the surface, and communicate the results clearly
• Have genuine interest and skills in the retail business
• Are curious, non-prestigious and take initiative to always find the best way forward
• Have a positive attitude, open and inspiring personality, love teamwork and are strong in building relationships
• Have a tech savvy mind seeing the connections between customer, sales and tech
• To be motivated to constantly improve and achieve targets
• Can act independently and take own initiatives
• Have strong communicative skills and are fluent/skilled in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, other languages are considered as a merit
