IT Business Developer i Stockholm

You don’t have to have experience from a large IT-department, but you must have experience from working with change management within a large organization, either as Project Manager or Line Manager. You can easily analyse complex situations and understand and explain the big picture to different stakeholders. You can go from words to action and have the ability to work with both theory and practice in order to implement new ways of working. You make things happen and have the ambition and ability to develop and become real senior in your role.

The position is located within the Division Governance-function at the IT-division Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) in Stockholm. I&O develop shared technical services and ensures global 24/7 IT operations for the whole H&M group. The governance function is responsible for that the division has an efficient way of working.

Your responsibilities

The job of IT Business Developer at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:

• Conduct pre-studies and analyses in order to understand and describe the current situation
• Develop and improve methods and processes
• Lead projects, from idea to implementation
• Contribute to larger change management projects
• Support line organization in methods and processes

Your skills

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.

And your skills include

• Experience from driving projects and change management by your own
• A couple of years’ experience of business development
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience and know-how of widespread methods and frameworks like PPS, ITIL, IT4IT and SAFe. Particularly knowledge in SAFe will be a merit
• University degree within for instance Economics, Technology, IT or Political Science
• Swedish and English, both spoken and written
