Your future responsibilities
As a Graduate in Nordea, you will be taking ownership of your

You’ll
join the Business Process Excellence Team
in Banking Operations, where we are responsible for maximising
customer value and cost efficiency by optimising the full value chain. We do
this by analysing processes and by utilising the results of those analysis to
decide which levers, we can use to re-design and improve the workflow - e.g. by
using Consolidation, Lean, Robotics and Nearshoring.
In this Graduate position you’ll work with:
- Process
analysis and optimization: Ensuring tasks in Nordea
are done with the highest quality, at the lowest cost and according to rules
and regulations
- Business
Process Management: Ensuring workflow is
documented and supported by clear roles and responsibilities
- Operational
Excellence: Supporting the
development of people, processes and performance management in the daily work
of the line organisation
- Project
and change management: Supporting organisational
changes, business analysis etc.
The
role is based in Stockholm. Welcome to a team which is first and foremost a change unit working across the value
chain and organisational units in the bank.

Requirements:
- A Master’s degree (the type of degree is less
important if you have the right personality)
- A maximum of two years’ post-academic work
experience
- Excellent English language skills
In addition, it will be a benefit if your
education or work experience has you an understanding of one or more of the
following areas:
- Business Process Management
- Lean/Operational Excellence
- Organisational change
- Daily Banking
- Excel and Power point (the
more experience the better)
