Your future responsibilities
As a Graduate in Nordea, you will be taking ownership of your contribution, growth and enjoyment while Nordea will empower you to continuously explore, learn and adapt.
You’ll join Global Business Risk Implementation & Support, (Global BRIS), that is an organisation that supports and ensures consistent implementation of an effective Non-financial risk management in the 1st Line of Defence across the bank.
We have the possibility to offer a graduate position in one of the 4 following units within Global BRIS:
Regulatory & Risk Transformation (RRT) where we are responsible for non-financial risk management related to regulatory change as well as authority interaction support for 1st line of defence (position based in Copenhagen).
Strategy & Execution (S&E) where we are responsible for the Global BRIS strategy, people initiatives, budget and planning and communication and organisational change (position is based in Copenhagen).
Risk Processes and Operations (RPO) where we are responsible for non-financial risk management processes in the business line, such as risk assessments, incident reporting and management, issue reporting and management and business continuity management (position is based in any of the Nordic countries).
Business Risk Management & Governance (BRM&G) where we support the Business Risk Managers and support the Business Areas and Group Functions with different risk related items (position in based in either Copenhagen, Stockholm or Helsinki).
In the Graduate position, you’ll work with one of following depending on which unit you will work in:
- Help with the identification, assessment and implementation of new/changed regulation across the Nordea group (RRT)
- Strategy and organisational development (S&E)
- The risk assessment processes and issue and risk reporting (RPO)
- Take part in and drive various initiatives and projects related to risk strategy and risk management (BRM&G)

Your profile and background:
- A Master’s degree
- A maximum of two years’
post-academic work experience
- Excellent
Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Strong analytical skills and good process
