We are looking for a Reward Partner to strengthen the Reward Consultancy team in Group Reward.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Group Reward, where we design and implement Nordea’s reward frameworks. We work with the design, implementation and governance of rewards for Nordea Group. We are involved in pay governance and support as well as compensation & benefits case management in complex cases and remuneration policy interpretation.
What you’ll be doing:
Ensuring that Nordea business areas comply with our reward strategies and policies.
Implementing the remuneration processes and tools ensuring Nordea follow the reward delivery model.
Contributing to development projects in the reward area
Supporting leaders in Nordea business areas on reward related topics and compensation & benefits related cases and questions.
Supporting pay reviews in the bank

Your profile and background:
Exposure to reward advisory, policy interpretation or reward processes development in financial services industry or reward consultancy
Ability to manage and effectively communicate with senior stakeholders
Curiosity to continuously learn and develop
Strong team player mentality, willingness to work independently
Strong ability to analytical thinking
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Professional level in English language, verbal and written
