The offer
You’ll join the Organisation Centre of Excellence, a Nordic function focusing on organisational design and/or development and implementation of strategic workforce planning across Nordea.
What you’ll be doing:
Provide advice to executive management in organisational design and development questions
Facilitate implementation of organisational design principles
Develop the organisational design methodology in line with business needs
Design and implement strategic workforce planning for Nordea Group
Align key stakeholders from different functions on a workforce strategy and target state

Your profile and background:
Are comfortable in facilitating workshops and presenting conclusions to stakeholders on different levels in the organisation
Structured and analytical approach to change with a high sense of ownership
Are a team player and can contribute to our positive energy and can-do attitude
At least five years of relevant work experience from organisational development in multinational companies in-house or as a management consultant
Experience from design and implementation of operating models or strategic workforce planning
Strong academic record from a relevant area
Excellent language skills in English and preferably one of the Nordic languages
