The offer
You’ll join Governance Support where we support NLP business with governing frameworks tailored to insurance and proportional to the size and complexity of our local business. We provide business with interpretations across industry regulations (EBA, ESMA and EIOPA) to enable the business to increase customer trust &
satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing:
Provide insurance-adopted governing frameworks to NLP businesses to cater for new external regulation and/or
updated Nordea internal regulations
Support the NLP businesses with long-term mitigation of compliance risks through decreasing complexity in NLP internal regulations and by increasing transparency and awareness about the internal regulations

Your profile and background:
Regulatory work or business compliance in the financial services area, e.g. within a financial institution, as a legal expert, Head of Law, management consultant, FSA specialist or similar
Familiar with regulations covering the financial sector and in particular insurance regualtions such as Solvency II etc.
Developing and sustaining corporate governance structures – both defining overall content of the corporate
governance framework and developing the actual governing documents
The financial services area in general and the insurance and/or capital market area in particular would be
considered an advantage
Academic degree and around 7-10 years of relevant work experience
High integrity, structured and good organizational skills
