We are now looking to further strengthen the service department for modifications and upgrades on mechanical auxiliary systems for medium sized gas turbines. The department has a wide area of responsibility within the service organization for all engineering and design question relating to mechanical auxiliaries. The systems include among others: Supply systems for gas and liquid fuel, Supply systems for lube oil, Filtersystem for combustion air intake and Ventilation system.

As the responsible 3D-CAD Engineer for tools and machine equipment you will be responsible for wide variety of tasks within the department. You will work with tool construction such as lifting tools and maintenance tools. You will work with mechanical design elements such as valve parts. You will work with installation questions for support structures, piping and machine equipment.

The challenge

• Design general machine elements such as valve parts, instrument holders, support structures etc. using NX.
• Design maintenance tools such as lifting tools, special maintenance tools using NX.
• Start-up and Develop NX as a design tool for GT package engineering.
• Pipe routing and mechanical installation in NX
• You will of course have support from all colleagues in the department, that today consists of 16 employees. We are a dynamical team with an open atmosphere where help is always near.

Who are you?

• You have some experience with machine element engineering and design.
• Good English skills both verbally and in writing.
• You are skilled in 3D CAD design.
• Prior experience with design of lifting tools and special tools is a merit.
• Prior experience with NX is a merit.
• Prior experience in pipe routing and installation is a merit.
• As a person we believe that you are receptive, flexible and good at cooperation as the contacts both internally and externally are many. You should be well organized and quality focused. You are an independent person who takes responsibility for your tasks.
