… as our Insight & Analytics Manager you will be the eyes and ears of our operation. We will look to you to understand what our customers are doing and why. Together we play to win and our insight-driven approach is the key competitive advantage, based on which you will make sure we are always ahead of the competition. This means you will also be responsible for finding new and innovative ways to listen to our customers.

…You are a passionate advocate for listening to the consumer and you never stop digging deeper to truly understand motivations, desires and behaviors.
…You have exceptional analytical skills as well as an in-depth of experience in consumer insights, shopper insights, and/or customer experience in a digital setting
….You have an entrepreneurial and innovative approach. You dare to take the road less travelled. You are a doer with a healthy pinch of curiosity.

This is what you have…
- 3 years’ of business insights experience in a digital landscape is preferred.
- 3 years’ of experience with demonstrated success as both an analyst and manager of behavioral, market, or customer experience research.
- Solid understanding of business, marketing, and innovation strategies and the digital distribution landscape.
- Customer oriented with good product intuition; ability to articulate and define customer requirements and success criteria that leads to fresh, delightful, and usable applications
