Your responsibilities include:

As a Construction Team Lead you lead and support a group of Project Managers. You also work as a Project Manager yourself and drive, plan, and coordinate assigned expansion projects. You contribute to evaluating, developing and improving working processes within the team and the whole department together with the Construction Manager, whom you also report to. As a team lead you are responsible for coordinating and coaching the team towards set goals and targets while also managing the administrative and practical parts in your own projects. It’s a job with many responsibilities, and lots of opportunities to create a positive impact on our business.

Your main responsibilities include: 

• Responsible for a team of Project Managers within the Construction Department
• Driving improvements/actions in processes, methods and tools.
• Follow up team- and project progress, analyzing results, target and financial follow-ups, reporting to the Construction Manager, invoice handling.
• Close teamwork with other departments to enable the optimization through cost, efficiency and quality in the most sustainable way in our expansion projects.
• Develop your team members through individual developments plans and development follow-ups

• English proficiency in speech and writing is a requirement and knowledge of Scandinavian language is preferred 
• A person preferably with experience from Construction/Expansion, Facility Management, or the Construction Industry.
