We are now looking for a Relationship Manager to contribute in enabling our corporte customers’ plans for the future through first class advice to help optimise their business. When our customers strive to reach their goals and realise their dreams, we are there to provide a relevant financial solution.  
 
We are welcoming you, who want to develop an own portfolio of Business Banking customers. Through your knowledge and engagement, you contribute in shaping the future relationship bank, where we meet our customers in new channels and in new ways – anywhere and anytime.   
Your future responsibilities
As a Relationship Manager, you act as a trusted partner and play an important role in and providing our corporate customers with advice and financial solutions to help optimise their business.  
 
What you will be doing: 
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of Business Banking customers, and work proactively to attract and acquire new customers to ensure new business and sustained growth.  
  • Use your industry knowledge to build an understanding of the customers’ business and its prospects.  
  • Join a team where we ensure high customer satisfaction as well as high profitability by proactively acquiring sales and service leads in the customer dialogue.  
  • Actively participate in external professional networks to promote Nordea and to attract new business. 
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the bank with focus on common ways of working, where you enable and encourage the customer to utilise all channels.  
You will be located in Helsingborg and Halmstad.

Your profile and background: 
  • Have the ability to understand and analyse the customer’s needs, and connect them to our products and services.  
  • Have a natural way of building relationships with both customers and colleagues.  
  • Continuously develop own personal skills, competencies and professional knowledge to be the number one advisor in the market, and to meet the current and potential customers’ demands. 
  • Find it natural to work according to instructions, guidelines and standard processes, with focus on compliance and fulfilling regulatory requirements  
  • Actively share knowledge and ideas for improvement, and give input and feedback for the development of colleagues and team performance.  
Finally, you have professional skills in written and spoken Swedish and English. Preferably, you have a Swedsec License and an academic degree or equivalent.
