The organization within BillerudKorsnäs has changed from a traditional functional organization to a fully decentralized P&L organization. Due to the decentralization, three business divisions have been created: Paper, Board and Solutions. We are now looking for a Senior HR Manager for the Division Solutions, placed in Solna, Sweden.

About the position
As the Senior HR Manager, Division Solutions, you will be working closely with the Executive Vice President (EVP) of the Division and you are a member of the divisional management team. You are also a member of the Global HR leadership team. Your responsibility is to build and shape the new Division together with the EVP, drive the global HR agenda and partner with the business within the areas of attracting, recruiting, retaining and developing our employees and at the same time contributing to the business growth and development. You will drive a strong performance culture within the division and it will be your responsibility to create a great cooperation both with the leaders, the employees and the Unions.

For this position you will start with having global HR resources mainly in the US and China reporting to you. You report with a full line to the Executive Vice President HR and with a dotted line to Executive Vice President for the Division Solutions.

The position is permanent, to be filled as soon as possible. You are placed in Solna but will be travelling both in Asia, US and Europe. 

Qualifications
To be able to apply for the position you need to have a University degree in HR Management or similar and several years of HR experience, preferably in an international environment. You have a broad experience within HR, are familiar to HR processes and areas, and are an experienced generalist with a great passion for people, business and development. We also prefer that you have knowledge in Swedish Labour Law. As a person you are highly driven, can think strategical and act operational and you are a natural leader. You are open, communicative and like to lead change and be a part of building a new business. You are able to work independently but also appreciate to be a team player. For this position you need to be fluent in English.
