Specialists to Group AML/CTF Office i Stockholm

The Group AML/CTF Office within GSI has the responsibility for governance, oversight and execution of Swedbank's AML/CTF and Financial sanctions program. Group AML/CTF Office owns and develops Group policies and procedures, including those that aim to set a common foundation to assist the business units to know their clients and conduct appropriate due diligence and to prevent, detect and report potentially suspicious activities.
We are now recruiting to our team and seek two to three AML/CTF specialist.

Responsibilities

As an AML/CTF specialist you will work to ensure that the Group AML/CTF framework is compliant with internal and external laws and regulations. You will play a key role in implementation of Group common practises and processes.. Since the AML/CTF area is constantly changing you need to have a high ability to adapt to new conditions and to handle different issues concerning all levels of the organisation. The role will involve frequent communication and reporting of AML/CTF issues and information to management.

• Have a relevant academic degree,
• Have 3 to 7 years of professional experience in an Anti-Financial Crime/AML/Compliance or Internal Audit capacity or experience within a financial services firm or regulatory agency or investigative due diligence experience in the professional consultancy genre,
• Have extensive knowledge within the AML/CTF area,
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with colleagues across regions and Business Units,
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English,
• Experienced in creating presentations and deliverables for senior stakeholders,
• Possess strong analytical thinking and critical reasoning skills, pays attention to details,
• Be self-motivated, have the ability to work independently to successfully meet established deadline requirements in a fast paced environment
