We are now looking for a People Analytics & Workforce Planning Manager to become part of an exciting HR journey in the H&M Brand. You will join a HR team with high ambitions and passion for H&Ms Brand’s development! We are a truly cross functional team that support and collaborate with all H&M Brand’s functions. 


The People Analytics & Workforce planning Manager is responsible to support the organization with HR data analysis and insights to make relevant and impactful people and business decision. You will set and implement an overall workforce strategy to enable us to align our business strategy with right quality and quantity of people (right person at the right time and cost)



Your role and how you will contribute 


·       Start our journey on how to work successfully with workforce planning and analytics. Together with HR and leaders set and implement an overall workforce strategy to enable us to align our business strategy with right mix of people and competences.


·       Define a model, supportive tools and a way of working for both operational and strategic workforce planning by orchestrating how we analyze the current view as well as a long term view including forecast in workforce changes.


·       Drive and consolidate a workforce plan with the goal to secure that we define, track and follow through changes in our workforce as a result of our business changes cross H&M Brand e.g. where we visualise future hires, need for reskilling and re- assignment of employees.


·       Develop people metrics and data that can support us in business decisions such as identifying new ways to structure our organization to best organize our employees in the future. Build a platform, ways of working and capabilities in people analytics.


·       Guide, inspire and coach HR and leaders how workforce planning and people analytics contributes to our business plan. Facilitate workshops to create awareness and commitment around the value drivers behind a successful workforce planning.


·       You will collaborate closely with HR Managers and specialists within Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development as well as business leaders. You will also work closely with our Controlling function to develop a way of working where we integrate workforce planning in the annual budget and strategy


·       Support how we successfully integrate workforce planning and analytics with our HR systems


·       Drive and own projects within People Analytics 




We think you are:

 

e. You have worked with workforce planning and analytics and know how to integrate the philosophy, methods and practice from a business and people perspective.


·       Strong in your communication skills and comfortable to take decisions always with business impact in mind


·       A solid leader with ability to build credibility, trust and relationship with managers and colleagues


·       A team player with a non-prestigious attitude always striving for improvements


·       Driven and can make things happen


·       Analytical and have a business oriented mindset


·       Able to see the whole picture as well as being on top of details


·       Profound in your experience in Excel, Power Point and ideally in the system world of workforce planning and analytics
