Assistant Buyer to Afound, H&M New Business

In this role, your responsibilities will among others be:

• Supporting Buyers on a daily basis
• Order quantification and administration
• Order & delivery follow-up
• Sales follow-up and analysis
• Taking part in the assortment planning and assortment building

To be successful in this role you:

• Are analytical and have a sence for number
• Have administration skills
• Have an extended knowledge in excel
• Have passion for fashion
• Are driven and sales oriented
• Have previous experience within retail
• Have an eye for global commercial trends and a sixth sense for what will sell

As a person you:

• You have strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to change are essential.
• Are proactive and make things happen - a doer who does rather than waits.
• You are able to run projects on your own, but love to inspire and work in teams to reach new levels
• You are able to work with many things at the same time and know how to prioritize
• You thrive in a fast-moving organization and comfortable switching between strategic work and hands on implementation
