Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Responsible Investments, where
Nordea Asset Management has a tremendous responsibility to deliver good returns
by supporting international norms and being a responsible investor. Responsible
Investments is an important activity and franchise within Nordea Asset
Management. We have a strong reputation in this area, particularly across
Europe. In addition, there is a high level of interest in ESG / Sustainable
Finance issues across the Wealth Management Division and Nordea Group.
You
will join a highly dedicated team of 9 people located across the Nordic region.
The team operates within the Asset Management organisation in Nordea. Asset
Management employs approximately 570 employees, primarily in the Nordic region
and Luxembourg.
What you’ll be doing:
- ESG analysis of companies and
countries
- Thematic ESG research and trend
forecasting
- ESG related policy research
The role is based in Stockholm.

Your profile and background:
- Bachelor’s in finance
or economics, with additional concentration in sustainability research
- Minimum 2 years of
professional experience in ESG-related markets research or policy research
- Experience in ESG data
- Technical skillset to
include excellent working ability in Excel, and in statistical software such as
Stata or equivalent
- Solution-provider
professional mindset
- Highly proficient in
working in English
