Fixed Income Sales/Strategist specialist

We´re looking for a Fixed Income Sales/Strategist specialist to join our sales team.

You will work in a highly competitive and international market servicing our largest institutions and corporates with all Fixed Income products. This includes, but is not limited to, Interest Rates Swaps, Futures, Bonds, Cross Currency Swaps and options.

The role will consist of both sales activities and strategy tasks.

• We see it as critical to have extensive experience working directly with professional fixed income clients
• Extensive and good experience of the global Fixed Income markets and products
• Have a natural interest in following the economic macro environment, and have proven skillset to identify its impact on the fixed income market and conclude findings in clear and concise English writing
• It is critical to have a strong analytical skillset and drive to work in, and develop, Excel models, Quantlab and Bloomberg
• Show strong interest in following new regulations, i.e. impact of new accounting rules IFRS9 in regards to interest rate hedging as well as implication of Mifid2 to the OTC-market and Sales process, and how LCR-constraints impact portfolio manager's investment decisions
• Business-driven attitude and focus on profitability
• Solution orientation and attention to clients' needs, a mind set to close deals and recommend ideas
• Strong team player skills with high ambition and a positive attitude to life and has the will to drive and inspire

The Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives Sales team's working ground is based on high work ethics in a highly competitive and international environment where we apply a combined advisory-, strategic- and a traditional sales -, approach to the clients' needs. In the team, based on the trading floor in Stockholm, you will work closely together with our traders, economists and our colleagues in all areas within the DCM.
