Financial Controller - Planning & Control - Tele2 i Kista

Planning & Control is a unit within the Tele2 finance organization. The team consists of 7 employees, and we are now looking for a Financial controller.

The unit has a group wide responsibility for financial planning and control, but is also highly involved in the finance operations within our Swedish home market. Following the merger with Com Hem, we now face an exciting integration phase, where we play an important role in shaping the future financial reporting and controlling environment of Tele2.   

As a team, we have the following key responsibilities:
 

• Provide the consolidated, allocated financials for Tele2 Sweden
• Control the financial performance on an aggregated level for Tele2 Sweden and the Group
• Play an active role in the implementation of a new financial control model, and related replacement of FP&A system
• Coordinate group wide finance activities, such as projection processes
• Communicate the consolidated financial performance of the Tele2 group to the board and leadership team
• Support the CFO and Finance LT in various topics

Role Description:

As financial controller, you will report to the Head of Planning & Control. You will be involved in all activities listed above. However, your primary responsibilities will be within the field of financial reporting, i.e. to ensure delivery of accurate actual and projected financials.
 

Requirements:
 

We believe that you have a solid finance background, along with good understanding and curiosity related to IT. We expect that you have the ability to manage financial systems and both maintain and improve on financial processes. Given the changing environment, you need to find qualitative and simplistic solutions with a flexible mindset.  

Formal requirements for the role includes:

• Relevant education within the field
• At least five years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience from financial systems, such as Oracle EPM, Tagetik and OneStream
