Are you the Technical Solution and Support engineer to E-Mobility Nordics we are looking for?

We are looking for the right person to join E-Mobility Nordics and to take our Support function to the next level. In this role you will be both building up processes and best practices that allows us to scale to the next level of customer excellence as well as handling support errands on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• On a daily basis handle technical support errands that has past 1st line support
• Establish and uphold processes and routines for support errands
• Coordinate business partners to ensure excellent support management
• Develop of our support function to be able to scale-up the business
• Identify and remove impediments and run continuous improvements
• Build a collaborative, professional and customer oriented work flow and be part of the overall operational team for E-Mobility Nordics

Required qualifications
• Engineering education, Bachelor or MSc
• Excellent skills in creating long term customer relations
• Excellent skills in problem solving and in support management.
• Excellent skills in quality and continues improvement work.
• Excellent skills in establishing work routines and implementing processes in daily work.
• A business mindset and interest to develop a new business area.
