Your responsibilities as Trainee Service Designer
Vattenfall Consumer Sales Nordic is accelerating towards a future with the connected energy landscape, new solutions, empowered customers and disruptive competitors. Key responsibilities:
• Customer journey mapping based on customer insights and personas
• Define functional requirements for digital development, together with business stakeholders
• Creating mockups or prototypes of a suggested digital solution
• Quality assurance (QA) and testing, throughout the development process
• Using customer insights on pains and gains to find improvement areas and defining hypothesis for optimization of existing digital solutions
Your profile as Trainee Service Designer
Whether you want a climate smarter career as an energy specialist, visionary manager or inspirational project lead in the energy sector. We offer you these possibilities within the trainee programme. We are looking for recent graduates holding an academic degree. You are fluent in business English and Swedish. Skills in Finnish or other world languages can be a merit. Furthermore, you are willing to relocate for possible assignments throughout the organization. You identify yourself with our principles: active, open, positive and safety mindset.
As a Trainee Service Designer you recognize yourself in the following qualifications:
• Service design concepts, tools and common methods with a strong focus on digital development
• User experience design (UX) and / or user interface design (UI)
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), including site behaviour analysis, on-site surveys and testing (A/B tests, user tests)
• Overall understanding of technical architecture and system integration
• General understanding of Digital marketing and Marketing automation
• Understand and embrace agile way of working, e.g. SCRUM

Last day to apply is March 10th 2019. Selection period starts in March/April, followed by interviews in April/May. An assessment is also part of the recruitment process and will take place in May in Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands. The recruitment process will be finalized around the end of May/beginning of June. The last step will be a pre-employment screening. Starting date of the Vattenfall International Trainee Programme will be September 2nd 2019.
