Finance and Procurement i Stockholm (Solna)

Do you want to work at Vattenfall Finance and Procurement this summer?

We are looking for 2 summer workers, team member in Finance and Procurement at our headquarter based in Stockholm next to Mall of Scandinavia!

This is an great opportunity to work with many different stakeholders both internal and external in a large international organization and within a very dynamic team located in 3 countries.

Vattenfall is now harmonizing the Finance and Procurement processes and around 15.000 people need to be trained in multiple countries and various locations. Vattenfall is also handing over activities within the Finance and Procurement process to an external service provider. The project is the largest transformation within Finance and Procurement in 20 years and is setting Vattenfall up for the future way of working.

Tasks

· Work together with the training team to set up the training plan for end user classroom training.

- Responsible for development of logistical plan

- Support development of training curriculum and material

· Work together with the transition team on planning and execution of transition of activities from Vattenfall to external partner.

· Managing stakeholders from the line organization, the project members and the external partner

· Support coordination of activities such as planning, knowledge transfer.

Your profile and personal skills

We believe that you have an Secondary school or University education. Fluently in both English and Swedish is also required. Of course you are a team player and are able to work independently.

Experience with training or change management is an advantage but not required.
