Your responsibilities as Trainee Strategy Analyst in Strategy & Business Development
Strategy and Business Development accelerate Vattenfall’s transition to become fossil free within one generation - through Insight: Specialized expertise and holistic perspective in analysis of market and competitive information; Clarity: Link between Group and BAs to align stakeholders and communicate the strategic direction; Action: Driving new business opportunities and executing strategic projects.
Key responsibilities:
• Define problems and break down complex issues to MECE (mutually exclusive and collectively exhaustive) and graspable subsets
• Solve problems by using quantitative and qualitative tools and methodologies
• Draw conclusions, conceptualize and communicate understandings of key trends in the energy transition and contribute to business analyses
• Provide your input and alternative ideas on strategic deliverables and processes
• Play a role in supporting Strategy & Business move forward in digital ways of working
Your profile as Trainee Strategy Analyst

Last day to apply is March 10th 2019. Selection period starts in March/April, followed by interviews in April/May. An assessment is also part of the recruitment process and will take place in May in Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands. The recruitment process will be finalized around the end of May/beginning of June. The last step will be a pre-employment screening. Starting date of the Vattenfall International Trainee Programme will be September 2nd 2019.
