Scandic has started the transformation of becoming a Data driven company, focusing on customer intelligence, decisions and actions based on data. The Customer Loyalty & Insights team is responsible for building guest lifecycle value by using data and insights to suggest and implement actions.
In the role as Marketing Automation Specialist/Growth Hacker you will be the expert in creating efficient and fast growth, both within members of the Loyalty Program and guests.
You will mainly be responsible of growth within our email marketing, but the role is also responsible for starting a community to introduce a growth hacking mindset and techniques within other departments and channels. You will also be the lead for driving and developing automations and lifecycle communication in collaboration with our markets.
You will work closely with the Customer Analyst, Data Strategist and Marketing Automation Platform Product Owner and also be a part of projects suitable for your profile.
