At Clio we are on an ambitious path of preparing pupils worldwide for the digital future through our educational technology. We are currently leading the market in the Nordics and are ready to take on the rest of the world. For this we need a skilled digital traffic manager to be located in either Copenhagen or Stockholm.

What you can expect from us

At Clio you will be a part of an experienced growth company and a market leader within EdTech. You will be working amongst 200 brilliant colleagues in the Nordics who know (almost) all there is to know about EdTech.

Together with your 16 colleagues in our MarCom department, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for our product offerings in all our markets.

You will have an exciting chance to be in charge of your own area and scale our MarTech, eCommerce, SEM and targeting setup to meet our future ambitions.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Our targeting and ads setup on social media (especially Facebook ads) and Google Adwords
  • Our digital marketing efforts for an exciting new global initiative – which includes establishing a new eCommerce setup
  • Rolling out our newly established omnichannel setup for reaching our primary target groups together with our marketing engagement team
  • Organizational training and optimization of our web analytics through Google Analytics Premium
  • Coordinating and developing our MarTech stack (we use Marketo and Salesforce) together with our web- and personalization manager, our sales ops organization and external consultants
  • Playing a substantial role in our business intelligence group.
Skills & Requirements

What makes you the right candidate

You are an experienced marketeer who loves data and sees how technology can be utilized to improve the effect and outreach of marketing.

We are ambitious, and you need to be as well. You are ready to take on the challenge of owning your own area of expertise and possibly building your own team around it in the future.

Specifically, you have a number of these skills sets:

  • You have 4+ years of experience working specifically with technical marketing disciplines.
  • You have extensive experience working with SEM and PPC.
  • You know your way around building and optimizing effective Facebook ads using custom audiences, remarketing etc.
  • You have an extended understanding of the possibilities of omnichannel targeting and have worked with marketing automation (preferably Marketo, Hubspot or Pardot)
  • You see keywords when you read a digital text and have a strong understanding of the dynamics of SEO.
  • You know how to do eCommerce – maybe even on a SAAS solution.
  • Lastly, you have ideas on how to utilize marketing intelligence to improve the commercial part of a tech company.
  • You have to speak English fluently - Swedish or Danish is an advantage (We accept applicants in both Danish, Swedish or English)
